Tips and Tricks to Facilitate Teleworking

Entry in Waves

For calls with a large number of participants, ask participants to connect a few minutes in advance, to allow entry in successive waves.

Land Lines

Ask participants who have a hard line to use it rather than their cell phone.

Traffic Hours

Avoid meetings during busy hours and days and favor less conventional hours. For example, start your meetings at 8:15 or 9:15. Please note that the busiest hours and days are as follows: Monday to Friday at 9 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, and 4 pm

Alternate Number

When there are two numbers (1-877 AND local number), try the local number, which is used less often. Long-distance charges may apply, however.
